Health-focused program

Health is a priority

Our cattery states that the program has tested negative for conditions and parasites including HCM-related screening concerns, PK-Deficiency, coccidiosis, and FIV/FeLV. It also describes PK-Deficiency and PRA testing and the use of HCM ultrasound screening as part of responsible breeding practices.

Because health records are individual and can change over time, families should review the current veterinary and parent-testing documentation that applies to the kitten they are adopting.

Our Guarantee

Scottish Fold, British Shorthair and Munchkin kittens are generally ready for new homes between 12 and 16 weeks of age, depending on the individual kitten. It describes veterinary examination, age-appropriate core vaccinations, vaccination records, a written contract with a health guarantee, and other records where applicable.

Before homecoming

  • Veterinary examination appropriate to the kitten’s age and status.
  • Age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming information.
  • FIV/FeLV and other testing information when applicable.
  • Written care instructions and available veterinary records.
  • Spay/neuter arrangements as specified for the individual kitten and agreement.
